What should I do if I’m in an accident?

The first thing you should do is take account of the health of everyone involved. If someone is injured, make sure you call for an ambulance, giving the operator as much information as possible.

Even if no one is hurt, you should still call 911 so that an officer will come to the scene and later make a report. This step is important for insurance purposes.

Take stock of the damage to the vehicle. If it is too damaged to drive, call for a tow truck to take the vehicle away.

What is your process for collision repair?

With any collision repair task, we go through a four-point process. These include:

  1. We assess the level of damage to your vehicle and consult with the customer about the approximate cost they can expect.
  2. Next, we disassemble the relevant portions of the vehicle, so that we can determine the repairs needed.
  3. After completing the repairs, we send the vehicle to our painting department to have the car repainted.
  4. Finally, the vehicle is detailed and buffed to make it look as though the accident never even happened.

This checklist helps us ensure that every customer gets the top-quality service that they deserve. Contact us today!
